[AWIPS #RMV-424206]: snow squall warnings on EDEX server?

Hey Russ,

Just wanted to let you know we put out our new release of EDEX and CAVE this 
morning,
so our new EDEX server (same url as previous) should have snow squall warnings 
on it 
all up to date.  And if you use CAVE, by downloading and installing this latest 
version, you will see the snow squall warnings along with the other winter 
watches
warnings and advisories.
