[AWIPS #XZH-451289]: simple edex-cloud.undidata.ucar.edu question

I'm glad that helped!
I'm still not convinced those are minutes...
3600/60 = 60 (hours) not 6 hours.
Plus some of the end of that output has very large numbers:
2021-08-30 12:00:00 583200
2021-08-30 12:00:00 594000
2021-08-30 12:00:00 604800
2021-08-30 12:00:00 615600
2021-08-30 12:00:00 626400
2021-08-30 12:00:00 637200
2021-08-30 12:00:00 648000

So, that's the only part I'm not entirely sure on.  But hopefully it can make 
more
sense to you and you can get the plots to look more like what you want?
