[AWIPS #SWQ-525417]: Issue Connecting to EDEX-cloud Server



Hi Brendan,

Unfortunately there is an unexpected major power outage at the facility that 
hosts the Unidata AWIPS EDEX Cloud instance, so it is currently in-accessible. 
I sent out an email to our awips users list. If you want to subscribe to that 
(https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/mailing_lists/archives/awips2-users/), you will 
stay informed when everything is back up and running normally (and also any new 
releases or other news).
