[AWIPS #ULG-415616]: WARNGEN TTAAii and CCCC

If you install EDEX locally on your system and connect your CAVE to that, you 
should be able to. With the CAVE you are currently using you are connected to 
Unidata's EDEX so anything you do would affect all of users.
