[AWIPS #JBK-919040]: AWIPS CAVE - EDEX Server Connection Issue

Thank you for letting us know.  It looks like something is wrong with our edex 
server and we are working on getting it back up and running.  We hope to have
something back up shortly, and I'll let you know when we do.
