Using the Internet

- Creating documents with word processing programs such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs

Essential Problem Solving
- Using trial and error to discover solutions to technical problems
- Identifying solutions by hypothesizing potential problems
- Knowing the resources available to find solutions
- Using technologies to creatively solve problems
- Filtering search results to find the most relevant, reliable, and comprehensive information
Safety and Privacy
- Following password management protocols
- Managing passwords including resetting passwords
- Managing and editing profiles
- Recognizing and preventing scams or phishing attempts that come through digital means
