NSF Unidata is hiring!  We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative professional to join our team as a Program Specialist IV – Community Services & Partnerships Manager.

As part of the NSF Unidata Program Center, this position will play a central role in strengthening relationships across the Earth system science community by cultivating partnerships, supporting community engagement initiatives, and helping guide programs that advance Unidata's mission. Working closely with universities, federal agencies, scientific organizations, and other stakeholders, the Community Services & Partnerships Manager will identify new collaboration opportunities, coordinate strategic initiatives, and help ensure that Unidata continues to serve the evolving needs of the community.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing partnerships, and connecting people with resources that advance education, research, and operational use of Earth system science data and technologies. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of projects, collaborating with internal staff and external partners to strengthen Unidata's community programs and expand its impact.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, experience managing collaborative programs or partnerships, and a passion for supporting the atmospheric and Earth system science community. Experience working with academic institutions, government agencies, or scientific organizations is highly desirable.
