RE: visad-list-digest V1 #127

Hi,
I want to thank Eric and Don for the help and advice. My problems with
Java3D still continue though, I've tried almost every combination of
Java and Java3D but the problem persists. I get a blank display no
matter what combination I try with similar errors to the ones I posted.
This is the error I got with jdk1.3.0 and java3d1.2.1_03(this is the
combo I used on my old computer)

extensionStr == null
wglCreateContext Failed: The operation completed successfully.

Also, the demo applets that come with Java3d wont work either, I get the
same blank display in the browser.
Thanks a lot for your help,
Ibrahim

Ibrahim-

I don't have your original message (and the Unidata archive
is down at the moment), but what version of Java and Java3D
are you using? There was a problem with 1.4.0 and Java3D 1.2
at one time that sounds similar. Are you using 1.4.1 and the
Java 3D 1.3 released versions?
