download location change

Hi All-

We just got bit by the change in the download location of
visad.jar from:

ftp://www.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/visad

to

ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/visad

In case any of you out there have automated scripts or documents
that reference the old location, you need to change them.  One
place I noticed a problem is Section0 of the VisAD tutorial:

http://www.geogr.uni-jena.de/~p6taug/visad/tutorial/Section0.html

I'm sure there are lots of others.
