Hi Don and Ken,

There is another "version" of McIDAS county outlines in:

  ftp://www.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/vis5d-5.2/OUTLCO

It may suffer from the same problem that Don described for
OUTLCNTY - I seem to recall adding a hack to Vis5D years
ago to step over a bad point in one of the map files.
