Hi all,

I am trying to set up a TDS in a configuration where users can manage their 
THREDDS configuration in a directory next to their data without requiring login 
access to the server. My original thought was just to make this directory the 
TDS content root, but the filesystem on which the data lives is not suitable 
for small, frequently updated files like logs and caches. Because of this, I 
would like to move the logs and cache directories somewhere else. Is there an 
easy way to do this and still allow users freedom to update threddsConfig.xml?
