[thredds] L2 Data

Hi All:

I have been asked to comment on a group in NOAA using THREDDS fro their data
distribution. One thing I am not certain about, and I want to be sure of
before i comment, is if anyone is serving L2 data (essentially swaths) in
THREDDS? If you are, can you give me some idea of how you have the data stored
in files, and how you set up the files.

I have seen swath data where the grid size is the same but the lat-lon bounds
change with each file, and others where the grid is the same just a lot of it
is empty.

Also is there some place I can be pointed to that lists the projections
currently supported by THREDDS?

Thanks,

-Roy
