Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.
Hello Everyone, I am looking at grabbing data from a thredds catalog using wget. Here's the command line script that I am using for the same: wget -nH --cut-dirs=4 -r --reject=catalog.html* -A.nc http://www.metoc.gov.au/thredds/catalog/RAN_CTD_DATA/HI526MER_M/catalog.html The script accomplishes what I am trying to do but takes an unusually long time to download files which are very small. For some reason it downloads 168 files and retains the 30 odd netcdf files that I am looking for. Any inputs on improving the script? Thanks, Ajay
