Re: [thredds] nco as a web service

Hi Roy,

Some time back, some of the OGC WPS group were going to try exactly that.
I'll check back to see who expressed interest and whether anything came of
it.  The Wisconsin usgs group has been very active in web processing
services.  I'll check to see if they thought of the nco possibility.  Some
of them are probably on this list, now that I think about it.
