Hi Peter:

I'm copying the NWS-Changes list with this note, because everyone must be 
wondering what's happening. Sorry.  Apparently Alden is shifting some of 
their tasks around, and in the shuffle a few of the NWS postings were 
delayed just a bit.  After today, I've been assured the postings will be 
timely again.  I'm attempting to cross-reference to prevent redundancy, 
but I wouldn't bet my life on it!
