Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.

Hello, i'm using Perl NetCDF module in my PERL script to read and arrange datafiles with radar information. I'm looking for the way to check if there is a certain global attribute in the file, and don't know how to do it. It seems that ther is no one-to-one correspondence between PERL and C interfaces, right (i was trying to find something like nc_inq_attname() from C, to usewith PERL script)?
The perl netcdf module implements the netcdf 2 interface. It is documented in http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs.html at the bottom there are links to the netcdf 2 documentation. -- Pat
