The 4.6.2 release addresses the following issues from the 4.6.1 release: General CDM / TDS Changes and Enhancements * jj2000 library package name changed, to avoid conflict with JAI. * Removed itadaki bzip2 dependence CDM Enhancements and Bug Fixes: * AWIPSsat latlon projection fixed * Fixed WRF lat/lon coordinate has time dependence. * Updated grib1 table for NLDAS [Jira issue TDS-674] * GCPass1 improvements; prescan GRIB collections and make report * GRIB: Fix up issues with creating Earth spheroids.
