Re: [netcdf-java] New HDF5 file for NetCDF 4.0

Hi,

Here's an example file of the HDF5 file we received. It'll crash NetCDF 2.2.22,
but works fine in 4.0.
Note that NetCDF 2.2.22 can read it if I repack it using 'h5repack' (from
hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu), perhaps that is interesting information?

Hi Jeroen:

This sounds like good news, thanks for testing.

Id like to see a sample file, attachments are ok.

We dont use the colormap in any way, but if the number being read out of it are
wrong, id like to fix that.

thanks again,

John
