Hi, Congratulations to the HDF Group for the HDF5 1.8.0 Beta 1 release! We weren't expecting this good news yet, so as you might guess, we're very pleased. Ed reports that our latest netCDF-4 code seems to work fine and pass all its tests with the HDF5 beta1 release on our Linux test platform and we're testing on other machines now .
