Bear in mind that the "names" are on links, not on the dataset.

Renaming is really chaning the name of one of the links to an object.

So you can always rename something by creating a new link to it and
deleting the old.  (H5Glink, unlink).

The Gmove does this in one atomic operation.

So either way does the same thing, whichever fits best to what you
are doing.
