Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.
Hello all, I'm on the move! Actually moving the entire office about 4 miles away to a satellite office with more room. :-) Gerry Creager has assured me that moving in 95 degree weather is a blast and I should try it, so I will be taking weather, weather2, weather3 and weather4 for packing and moving later on Tuesday, June 26, 2012. After that, my goal is to have everything working again by 5:30 PM Thursday afternoon, June 28...if all is well. If things go badly, I may be down indefinitely. If everything went extremely well, I could be up by 6 PM Wednesday, June 27. Our NOAAport and EMWIN servers are NOT moving, so they will remain up. Furthermore, the server names won't change, but the IP's will. If you request a feed from me, please make sure it is a request by name, not by IP. And of course, during this outage, make sure you have a backup. Thanks!
