I've been trying to find out who it is, but I haven't been able to. There's 4 sites I use, two "always on", two as cold backups,
and a check of the 4 reveals no issues. It's odd, I tell ya... I am feeding singularly with idd.unidata.ucar.edu right now, and allis well, but I'm guessing they don't like the bandwidth I'm sucking from them.
