We were former Genuity customers, and are now on Level 3 because they
bought Genuity out last fall. The switchover has been horrid for us. Our
IT admin just emailed me back and said they did nothing on this end to
fix it. They just know that Level 3 is having a ton of problems and the
customer service...well, I'll just leave it at that.
