I have modified the following files:
./gemlib/fl/flmnam.f
./gemlib/ti/tiyy24.f
./gemlib/ti/ticcnt.f
./gemlib/im/imnohd.f
./gplt/transform/mcidas/mcnav.f
./gemlib/ti/ctiyyyy.c
./gemlib/ti/tiyyyy.f

I did
make distclean
make all
make install
to be sure that all programs have been recompiled.

All things work as expected now.
