At NCDC we have put NEXRAD Level-II and Level-III data and imagery for
08/29/05 on our FTP site. Instructions can be found on (

If this data is on a Unidata/UCAR server or some other massive

readily available then that's a better place to go get it, since my
bandwidth is somewhat limited.
