Hi - I am look for tools or utilities that work with cdl files, other
than ncdump and ncgen. More specifically I am looks for a tool that will
convert a cdl file to an html file, using html options such as tables.

We don't have any tools going from cdl to html, you probably could write a
perl script to do so.  The only other tool we have is gribtocdl, creates a
cdl file from the grib file.
