Sorry to bother, just want to let people know that we have found the
problem. It IS because there are multiple library paths and it was not set

up correctly on that computer.

Thanks for the reply, actually my mail system had problems yesterday,
reason for not replying.  Another option if you run into similar problems
is to run ncgen from the command line, should give the errors.
