Because of the following notice, the var P_msl in the ecmf.cdl has changed
to P_msl_sfc.  One can either make the change on your cdl file or get the
modified one from the Unidata ftp directory. ie pub/decoders.

OF THE DATA ASSIMILATION MINIMIZATION WAS INCREASED FROM T63 TO TL159 ON
THE
SAME DATE./
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TYPE OF LEVEL IN SECTION 1 OF THE GRIB CODE IS NOW
