Yeah, I am not finding much either. Here's an example text product with the report 

SANO38 ENMI 180320 RRA
METAR ENLE 180320Z 26013KT 9999 FEW010 15/13 Q1022 W15/S3=
METAR ENHE 180320Z 29014KT 9999 FEW018 BKN045 12/09 Q1009 W///S5=
So it is coming from the 'Norwegian Meteorological Institute' and I don't think we've gotten anybody from there to sign up for this list yet :)
