[Data-curation] Location of ENLE

METARs have been being sent from ENLE for over a month now.
This appears to be an oil platform in the North Sea and is
named "Ekofisk L".  However, I have not been able to get
lat/lon/elev information for this site.  Anyone have any
location information on this site?
