NetCDF 4.3.2

Version 4.3.2 of the NetCDF-C library is now available.

Some highlights of the 4.3.2 release:

• Improved type handling with respect to fill-values.
• Enabled netCDF-4 bit-for-bit reproducibility for nccopy and other applications (thanks to Rimvydas Jasinskas and Quincey Koziol).
• Improved cmake build process.
• As part of an ongoing project, the Doxygen-generated netCDF documentation has been reorganized. The goal is to make the documentation easier to parse, and to eliminate redundant material.
