IDV 5.4

The Integrated Data Viewer (IDV) version 5.4 is available now. This is a major release and is recommended for all users. It can be downloaded at:

https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/current/.

New features

2. Latest netCDF-Java 4.6.10 library
3. Latest VisAD

Display Changes:

1. New Grid 3D Trajectories
2. Grid 3D Trajectory Display Types: Cylinder, Ribbon, Deform Ribbon and Point

ISL Changes:

1. Changing the bounding box in ISL
2. Changing time driver times in ISL
3. Saving ZIDV in ISL
