[netCDF #CYF-313110]: Help on building netCDF 4.0 for windows

Oops, that was an oversight which is now corrected.  Thanks for
pointing out the problem!

Yes, 4.0.1 is the latest stable and tested release.  All the releases
along with their release dates can also be accessed from this ftp
directory instead of the link on the netCDF home page:

  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/
