[netCDF #XAS-504138]: NcFile Netcdf4 Memory Leak

Greg,

I translated your program to use only the C interface and verified
that there is a similar leak when writing netCDF-4 files, but no link
writing classic format files.  This is probably something in our
netCDF-4 API, but it might also be in the HDF5 library.  We'll try to
determine that soon and let you know if there's a fix or workaround.
