[netCDF #QUY-433308]: netcdf link

Hi Agustin,

I think the order of flags is wrong when you invoke pgf90.  Instead of

>  pgf90 -L../netcdf/lib -lnetcdf -I../netcdf/include simple_xy_rd.f90

try

   pgf90 -I../netcdf/include simple_xy_rd.f90 -L../netcdf/lib -lnetcdf

On the line

> pgf90 -o emis.exe -I../netcdf/include -L../netcdf/lib -lnetcdf

I didn't see the name of any .f90 source file.

If you want to see in detail the commands use to compile and link one of the
examples, such as
simple_xy_rd, just go to the example/F90/ directory and remove the object and
executable
files simple_xy_rd.o and simple_xy_rd, then invoke "make check".
