As you can see from your output:
ncvalues.h:16:20: netcdf.h: No such file or directory
It is not finding the netcdf.h file. You need to include it on your command
line, with the -I option, like this:
-I/home/ltharri1/Desktop/netcdf-3.6.2/libsrc
