[netCDF #THW-751713]: NetCDF-3.6.2 beta

Howdy Jenny!

This may have something to do with shared libraries.

In the next beta release, shared libraries are not built by default, as they 
were in 3.6.2-beta3. So perhaps you could try the next beta and see how it 
works for you. I'll be releaseing the next beta as soon as I can (probably 
another week at least). I'll announce it on the netCDF mailing list.
