We do not have a standard credit for any of the packages that we
develop and support (we should, but we don't).
The UCAR copyright notice should be construed as a disclaimer for use
of the package in question.

Yes, that page attempts to summarize all of the folks that have
contributed to the development of netCDF over the years. The list is
out of date, of course, since the netCDF continues to undergo
development from both Unidata Program Center (UPC) staff and community
members.

Yes, the general credit can be used for the netCDF and other packages developed
here at the UPC.
