There are three operators in the current release: ncbarne, ncextr, and
ncstat.  The release is available via anonymous FTP:
        
    Source:
        Host:      ftp.unidata.ucar.edu
        Directory: pub/ncopers/
        File:      ncopers.tar.Z

    Binary:
        Host:      ftp.unidata.ucar.edu
        Directory: pub/binary/<cpu>-<os>/
        File:      ncopers.tar.Z

Work on the netCDF operators has been placed on hold in order to devote
resources to the Internet Data Distribution project.
