Since this is not one of our supported platforms, I can tell you that
we have not done the port.  That is not to say that there isn't someone out 
in the community has, however.

If someone has done the port, they havn't told us yet.  You could ask the
community at large by posting your question to address@hidden.

I guess that depends on what you consider the previous version of netCDF.
The current distribution of the netCDF is Version 2.3.2.

We have had very good results using IDL to plot 3D gridded data from the
National Meteorolgical Center of the NWS.
