200021: core dumps

Tony,

the pqact.conf action that seems to be giving you problems is
the dcncprof (profiler decoder).

Check your pqact.conf and make sure that the -e flag that sets the
GEMTBL environmental variable location is correct.
Presumably the logs and data output locations are still correct-
but the GEMTBL location may have changed with your new distribution.
