19990830: compiling gempak for debugging



Mike,

The you can add the -g flag to the FOPT definition
in $NAWIPS/config/Makeinc.sol (remove any-O option) as
well as the LDFLAGS.

The individual Makefiles use COMPILE.f and LINK.f defined
in the config file.
