You can get info on the "dc" decoders at:
http://www/packages/gempak/tutorial/decoders.html

The man page entries are just historical from past distributions.

I have LDM pqact.conf examples posted for the various decoders shown at:
http://www/packages/gempak/tutorial/pqact/decoders.tbl
