[CONDUIT #LCG-605776]: RE: 20060809: CONDUIT feed changes



David,

I'll have to request that NOAA make the networking changes. Yes, they
firewall everything except the exact ip address (instead of a range of 
addresses)
as a result of the NWS being considered a critical operation to homeland 
security.
