[AWIPS #IWD-472428]: Server Down?

Unfortunately, our cloud provider had a planned outage this weekend, so our 
EDEX servers have been down 
because of that.  Their maintenance has caused some issues which they are still 
working to resolve.  Once
they have completed all their restoration, then we will boot up our servers as 
soon as possible.
