[AWIPS #DAM-844131]: GFE doesnt like me

Hi Ryan,

Have you ever had success at using the GFE on v20 yet?  This is not something 
we've tested
yet, so it isn't currently guaranteed to be supported.

In the past, using v18, what installation/OS did you use GFE on?
