LDM 6.10.1

Version 6.10.1 of the LDM package was released on 2011-10-24. This version is recommended for all users and  can be downloaded at https://downloads.unidata.ucar.edu/ldm/.

This version fixes a few bugs that crept into release 6.10.0.
