NSF Unidata AWIPS 23.4.3-1 Release

Tiffany Meyer is back with AWIPS Tips and a new AWIPS release! Version 23.4.3-1, is available for both EDEX and CAVE. This release includes an upgrade of Java 11 to Java 17 as well as some bug fixes and new content. This version is compatible with the previous 23.4.1-1 release.
IDV 7.1

The Integrated Data Viewer (IDV) version 7.1 is available now. This is a major release and is recommended for all users.
