Hi Guys,

I am trying to contact Bill Hibbard to inquire about permission to
reproduce figures in a paper for which he was editor:

  McQueen DM and Peskin CS. A three-dimensional computer model of the human
  heart for studying cardiac fluid dynamics. Computer Graphics 34: 56-60, 2000.
