[visad] VisAD library updated

This VisAD library has been updated to correct an issue from December,
2010, that was not detected prior to last week's release...here are
the details of the changes since the last release:

Comment out a debug that has been in there since 2006 that I just
noticed prints out when using the IDV's middle mouse button to sample
on a field that has a Tuple for a range.  Can't believe no one has
noticed this before.
